Gratitude is more than just a warm feeling - it is an effective self-expression for building connection, for personal growth and well-being. Research has shown that regular gratitude exercises can

Over two decades of Studies by researchers such as Sonja Lyubomirsky and Robert Emmons (Character Lab) have shown that people who regularly practice gratitude are happier (Eudaimonia) and more content. They experience less depression and anxiety and feel healthier overall.
