As an alternative to our Ikigai Live course, which includes multiple sessions, we would like to organize our first English Ikigai Day. This event is designed for both professionals and individuals, so we are once again offering two different types of tickets.

This is a hybrid event: you can join us online via Zoom or if you wish to attend the event in person in Hannover, please get in touch: hallo@finde-zukunft.de.

The two days will consist of the following content:

• Understanding and differentiating Ikigai - 60 minutes

• Background, founder Mieko Kamiya - 45 minutes

• 7 dimensions of Ikigai - scientific tests - 45 minutes

• Integrating Ikigai into everyday life - exercises and reflections for executives and coaches - 60 minutes

• Ikigai model - understanding and applying the 7 dimensions and 6 questions in daily life - 60 minutes

• Ikigai expert tools - 60 minutes

  Extras: Ikigai journaling + visualization

Because of different time zones, the course is split up into two days. It will start at 2:00 PM on Monday (UTC/GMT +2) and finish at 6 PM. We will have the same time slot on Tuesday for our second session.
