An Ikigai Day

HOW TO INTEGRATE IKIGAI AS A DAiLY PRACTICE

Ikigai is not the end, but the beginning of the pursuit of a life worth living.
— Professor Gordon Mathews

We have thought about how we can foster Ikigai as a practice in our daily lives. Some might say “Life is a sum of all our choices.” (Albert Camus) but some might say, “we are the sum of our habits and patterns”. So it seems to be a dichotomy of our choices and autopilot traits.

Ikigai, as a practice, can be seen as a bridge between these two aspects.

Daily practices help us to develop a rhythm, a rhythm helps us to create a culture, a culture helps us to grow personally.
